1.Indigestion and constipation can cause Sexual dysfunction. Avoid consumption of foods (Deep fried foods, junk foods and processed foods )which cause indigestion and constipation..

2.Sleep well. A continuous undisturbed sleep for 7-8 hours helps your body to relax and rejuvenate.

3.Sleep early to wake up in early morning. This routine makes the biological clock of body to function normally.

4.Indulge in stress busting activities. A good sleep also acts as a stress buster.

5.Exercise at least for 30 minutes daily. Exercises help to release “feel good hormones” which reduce stress level. These increased physical activities induce sound sleep at night. Wright loss is another benefit which we gain from exercises. Weight loss help to fight sexual impotence.
