How to Treat Erectile Dysfunction Due To Over Masturbation Permanently

Masturbation is the sexual stimulation that leads to orgasm. This is considered as a normal activity by most of the health professionals. It is known as a normal healthy sexual behavior in both males and females which benefits in providing sexual satisfaction but when it is done in excess it can lead to erectile dysfunction and weak erection due to over masturbation. Masturbation basically stimulates the nervous function and over stimulation can cause excess production of sex hormones. Excessive production of these hormones can result in chemical imbalances in the body. It may cause psychological problems in males.

Many people get addicted to this activity and over masturbation can lead to fatigue, memory loss, stress and erectile dysfunction or weak erection. Erectile Dysfunction and weak erection is the inability to have or maintain an erection long enough for having a lovemaking. This may lead to strain in sexual relationship with his partner and often cause low esteem and low self confidence. For a pleasurable sexual lovemaking, the male needs to hold his erection for a sufficient time in order to penetrate the vagina and perform sex. However lack of blood flow to the male organ due to over masturbation can cause weak erections. Other problems which may occur due to over masturbation are low libido, low sperm count, nocturnal emissions and physical weakness. There are ways to rectify these issues and treat erectile dysfunction and weak erection due to over masturbation.

Capsules are available which enhance the blood circulation to the sex organs thereby increasing your sexual performance. These capsules are made of natural herbs and therefore are safe to use. They stimulate the body and have an aphrodisiac effect that treats weak erections. These capsules also increase the energy levels and stamina of the male. They soothe the nerves by reducing the stress levels and anxiety in the individual. All this helps in balancing the hormones resulting in smooth functioning of the body. Some of the capsules improve the sperm count and the testosterone levels in the body, providing the required nutrients. It cures sexual weaknesses like erectile dysfunction, improves sexual vigor, provides vitality and strength, increases the blood flow to the sex organs and prevents early ejaculation.

There are various massage oils and gels available which are applied topically to the male organ. These massage oils help in rejuvenation and aid in longer lasting erections. These oils are made of natural ingredients and they aid in heightening the sexual power and pleasure. The oil has to be massaged for few minutes to achieve a strong erection. It enhances the erection length and size therefore it prolongs the performance giving pleasure to both partners. It increases the blood flow to the male organ and helps in regeneration of the blood vessels in the male organ. Since it is made with natural herbs, it makes it safe to use and apply without any negative side effects.

While taking any treatment for erectile dysfunction and weak erection due to over masturbation, it is required to cut down the frequency of masturbation, so as to fully benefit from the effect of the treatment.

Fight Erectile Dysfunction with life style changes

Simple changes in diet and lifestyle help men to improve erectile dysfunction. Healthier life styles like quitting smoking, reducing alcohol consumption, consuming healthy food, exercising regularly etc, help to overcome erectile dysfunction.

Stress is the main cause of erectile dysfunction. Our body can bear stress to some extent and keep us alert. When stressful condition prevails for a long time, it paves way to illness.  Stress related to a job, marriage, or finances is a common cause of erection problems. Ongoing stress may result in erectile dysfunction, which in turn increases stress. Keep some time of the day for you to relax. Even 15 minutes in a day is sufficient. Talk your problems with family members or friends. Have a positive attitude and believe in yourself. Learn relaxation techniques like pranayama (deep breathing technique) yoga and meditation.  Gardening, exercise, listening to music and indulging in games help to overcome stress. Find out ways for relaxation. Identify the factor which is causing stress and find a way to ease it. Alcohol or smoking cannot reduce stress. Instead they increase stress. Massaging your body with herbal oil once in a week is another best way to reduce stress.

Take a break from regular work to visit friends or places you like. Deep breathing exercises for few minutes in between your work help to reduce stress.

Quit smoking. It is known to everyone that cigarette smoking is harmful and addictive. But very few know the risks of cigarette addiction. Smoking inflicts body with many irreversible damages and reduces the human life span by 25 years. Men who smoke suffer from erectile dysfunction than men who do not. It is evident from researches. Smoking impairs erections and can become a reason for erectile dysfunction. Smoking causes formation of plaques in arteries (atherosclerosis) which obstruct the blood flow. It affects semen and also reduces sperm count and impairs sperm motility. But these are reversed after stopping smoking.

Quitting smoking can be very difficult and there is no single best way that works for all people. The best way to quit smoking is reducing the number of cigarettes every day. Keep away from friends and relatives who smoke. Do not store cigarette packs at home or at office.  Craving for smoking is only short lived and will go away even if you do not smoke. Talk to your doctor once you plan to quit smoking.

Exercise regularly. Regular exercise keeps your heart in good condition. Regular exercises improve blood flow to penile arteries. Exercising regularly lowers blood pressure, improves muscle tone, strengthens bones and reduces body weight. Reduced body weight also helps to reduce blood sugar level in diabetic patients. Exercises reduce stress, anxiety and depression. A regular exercise for 30 minutes 5 days a week is very ideal and keeps you fit. Brisk walk for 30 minutes is best exercise for all ages.

Risk Factors Leading to Erectile Dysfunction

Erectile dysfunction is a result of several bad habits and risk factors. Erections become protracted, weak and may take require greater tactility to occur with age. The dysfunction is more pronounced in old men who suffer ill health and consume certain drugs that reduce erections.

Chronic long term ailments of the lungs, kidneys, liver, nerves, arteries, veins and heart can cause erectile malfunction. Endocrine disorders like diabetes also produce similar effects. Erections also fail to occur when atherosclerosis hampers adequate blood flow to the penis. Low testosterone levels or male hypogonadism and obesity also cause erectile dysfunction.

Metabolic syndrome which is a state that features abdomen fat, high blood pressure, insulin resistance, bad cholesterol and triglyceride levels also cause erection failure.

Medicines like antidepressants, antihistamines, sedatives, tranquilizers and drugs that can cure high blood pressure, prostate cancer and pain hinder neurotic impulses and blood circulation to the penis causing erection failure.

When you hurt your spine or pelvis and damage nerves that regulate erections you may suffer from erection malfunction. Some surgeries like those used to cure rectal, bladder or prostate cancer may also lead to erectile dysfunction.

Stress, mental worry and mental dejection are psychosomatic reasons for erection failure.

Riding of a bike over a long period of time causes pro-tem penile freeze and erectile dysfunction due to the pressure of the seat. This constricts nerves and reduces blood flow to the penis, weakening erections.

Bad habits like smoking limits blood circulation in the veins and arteries causing erectile failure. Alcohol and marijuana abuse leads to reduced sexual desire and erectile dysfunction.

Premature Ejaculation - Stress is the Bad Guy

I wrote an article awhile back that talked about using masturbation to help relieve the stresses of the day. In view of that, I would like to tell you that studies show that having a stressful day can and does cause premature ejaculation.

We have all heard about performance anxiety and how you can be a superman until you start thinking about your sexual performance and then all of a sudden you now suffer from premature ejaculation. And, it may not go away.

While there are many suggested methods to cure this situation, the bottom line is you have to rid yourself of anxiety and stress. Worrying about your performance is a clear indicator that you will probably perform poorly and/or quickly.

Stress starts in the mind and it causes fear and doubt. Whatever the mind is thinking and creating, the body is sure to follow. So a stressful day may very well produce a stressful evening.

While it is impossible to wipe out stress completely, it is possible to learn to control it, instead of it controlling you. Learn to avoid the negative situations that you have control of.

For example, quit hanging out around the coffee machine when other disgruntled employees are being negative. Avoid the newspaper and other media filled with stress-filled stories. Change your mental environment to rid it of a lot of the unnecessary stress. Prepare to make your mind "fit" again.

The mind isn't the only thing that needs to be fit. your body's physical fitness level is just as much responsible for high stress as your mind. If your body is overweight and out of shape, this causes added stress in the form of poor self-image. You may see yourself as unattractive and now your mind tells your body to act as such.

In summary, it is important to have a fit mind and body. By having this, you will alleviate a lot of stress. Control your environment and eliminate unnecessary garbage that causes worthless stress. Maintain your mental and physical health and more than likely, a healthy sex life will take place. Eliminate stress and you eliminate premature ejaculation.

Temporary Erectile Dysfunction

Erectile Dysfunction was considered for pretty long time a condition that affect men in their mature age, generally speaking the ones that are older. However, this is not exactly like this. Impotence problem are able to happen even when a man is in college.

However, things are not that bad and most of such cases are temporary and there is nothing to be ashamed or embarrassed about. It is always hard for men, however. It hurts their self-confidence and self-assurance and puts a question mark on their whole concept of masculinity. Good news is that erectile dysfunction is not as scary as it may seem and with proper knowledge and attendance it is easily treated.

Temporary erectile dysfunction is evoked generally either by physical or psychological factors. The latter are even more frequent than the former ones. They include depression, stress and anxiety factors and interfere with having erections pretty much and even in young men. What concerns physical reasons, they can be drugs, alcohol and smoking. These three factors are responsible for the physical inability to maintain erection for the most part. Medications are also capable to evoke erection problems. A lot of drugs have got side-effect list and it is recommended to be aware of it beforehand.

Luckily, temporary erectile dysfunction is pretty easy to cure. One of the first steps to take is to get the understanding of the reasons and eliminating any factors that are able in any way to evoke problems with erection. This may mean having enough sleep and getting sufficient rest as well as avoiding any stressful situations or giving up bad habits. The latter step works in the majority of cases with 100% effect.

It is also a very common wrong belief that a man should be able and ready to perform any time, all the time, but this is really impossible. When you need good healthy sleep and your body gives you certain signs where is no surprise that you may have troubles achieving erection - your body knows better what it needs.

Once again, it is very important to get rid of all the stressful factors in life, if any problems with erection occur. Otherwise, troubles will be there no matter how hard you try. It is recommended to learn to relax and stay positive. A lot of specialists advise yoga, massage as well as any physical activity as stress-removing factors. These activities are able to distract and fill with energy and positivity and therefore improve general health as well as erection.

Low sperm count Causes

The main cause of male infertility is low sperm count. Many biological and environmental factors can cause low sperm count in men. The causes of male infertility have been explained in texts of ayurveda. Few of these factors are discussed below.

Age: Studies have shown that the rate of fertility decreases as age of men increases. Low testosterone level and degeneration of tissues may cause lowered fertility in aged persons. Ayurveda acharyas recommend “Vajikarana therapy” to elderly men. This therapy keeps men as strong as “Vaji” ( Horse) by increasing their sexual energy and stamina.

Stress: Emotional Stress produces stress hormones which interfere in production of sperms. This results in low sperm count. Stress reducing techniques like Yoga, Meditation, deep breathing etc help to reduce stress. Hence ayurveda acharyas have included herbs like Ashwagandha in Vajikarana category.

Lubricants: Lubricants used in condoms or Vaseline can affect sperm count.

Testicular Exposure to Overheating.: Over heating of testicles due to fever, saunas, hot water bath tubs etc reduce sperm count. Persons who work with their lap tops keeping them on their thighs may encounter low level of sperms. Men who are exposed to very high temperatures at working place may also face this condition. Ayurveda acharyas recommend washing of testicles with cold water twice daily.

Cocaine or marijuana: Cocaine or marijuana reduces sperm count by 50%. They reduce the swimming ability of sperms. According to principles of ayurveda these substances are “tamoguna pradhana” . Tamoguna induces lethargy and sleep. Hence sperms lose their ability to swim when these substances are consumed.

Smoking. Studies have shown that smoking reduces sperm count and sperm motility. It also reduces life span of sperm. Apart from this it causes erectile dysfunction and premature ejaculation which are also causes of primary infertility.

Nutrient deficiencies: Nutrients like as vitamin C, selenium, zinc, and folate help in production of healthy sperms and they also help to increase their count. Deficiency of these nutrients may lead to low sperm count.

Obesity: Few studies have shown a relationship between obesity and low sperm count. According to ayurveda caharyas heating of testicles due to overlapping belly may lead to low sperm count.

Trauma to testicles: Any trauma to testicles may interfere with production of sperms. Usually Bicycling, raiding motor bike, etc lead to lowering of sperm count.

Apart from these genetic factors, toxins, chemicals, heavy metals and infections may also hinder production of sperms which results in low sperm count. Exposure to X-ray and other radiations may also act as causative factors for lowering sperm count.

Varicocele : Varicoceles are found in 15% to 20% of all men and in 25% to 40% of infertile men. It is not clear how they affect fertility, or even if they do at all.

Stress and Libido in Men - How to Boost Sex Drive in Men Naturally

Stress and libido in men do not go hand in hand. They seem to be having an inverse relationship. Increased stress in your life can make you lose all your desire to have sex. Not only this, it can also trigger erectile dysfunction. Almost 10-20% of all cases of erectile dysfunction stem from stress related psychological issues.

Stress tends to increase the production of hormone Cortisol in your body which affects testosterone levels adversely. Since testosterone is the primary male sex hormone, a drop in its production leads to lack of sex drive and triggers erectile dysfunction. Not only this, low testosterone levels can also lead to reduced energy levels, loss of lean muscle, increased body fat and weight, mood swings, depression, irritable behavior etc.,

There is hardly any aspect of your body that remains unaffected with a drop in testosterone levels.

How to Reduce Stress

Certain relaxation techniques like yoga and meditation can be a big help. Personally, I find deep breathing exercises extremely helpful. Just lie down on a bed and take a deep breath. Hold it for a few seconds and exhale through the mouth. Make sure you take a second or two more to exhale as compared to inhaling.

Repeat this exercise for a few minutes and you would be surprised to see how it can reduce stress.

Another great method of reducing stress is to workout regularly. Regular exercise is a great stress buster. Not only this, it also helps boost blood flow to the genitals and ensure an increase in your libido.

Lack of sleep or sleep deprivation is another factor that can lead to in your stress levels, As a result most men experience a drop in their libido. What is worse is that they do not understand what it causing this drop in their sex drive and begin blaming their family and kids.

Getting adequate sleep helps reduce stress. It is one of the most effective ways to regain your sex drive.

Natural Supplements

Besides reducing stress, there are some natural supplements that are a rich blend of herbs and other nutrients that not only increase blood flow to the penis and boost testosterone production but also help reduce stress. Some of the ingredients in such pills include panax ginseng, ginkgo biloba, muira pauma, tribulus terrestris, long jack, acai berry etc.,

Panax ginseng not only helps boost blood circulation in your body but also helps reduce stress. Not only this, it also helps build sperm. Such supplements not only give a boost to your libido or sex drive but also ensure powerful erections. Another interesting fact about the such high quality supplements is that they can also stimulate growth hormone production and reverse age effects to a great extent and that too without any side effects.
